whats the difference between:

256MB nVidia GeForce Go 8600M GT
and
256MB nVidia GeForce 8600M GT

Does the word "Go" actually have any relavance or are they exactly the same?

I think it is a typo by the Dell webmaster. As far as I know only the 256MB nVidia GeForce 8600M GT is produced by nVidia.

The NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT is the DirectX 10 capable successor of the GeForce Go 7600 GT GPU for laptops. Depending on the used graphic memory and the clock speed, the performance is between the 7600 GT and 7900 GS video card.

This is comparable with the 256MB nVidia GeForce 8600 GT video card for desktop computers.
