what laptop is best for these requirements?

hello regulars, this is my first post on here.

i want to download music, play and record movies and also be able to work on office applications like spreadsheets and sage accounting software at the same time. i would also like to be able to play and record tv.

was thinking of either vostro or inspiron but not sure what way to configure specs.

any help is much appreciated

All depends on your Price range and whether you want it portable or Just at home or both.
