Hi, i have just bought an xps 730 and had a quick fiddle like downloaded nvidia control panel.
Now when i turn the pc on i notice hardly any noise from the h2c fan. I load up the cpu with say a game and still no higher revs. I downloaded speedfan and looked at the temps, they were high. So i went to the nvidia control panel and cpu cooler fan is at 6%, not right seeing as temp is in the 50s c. Every time i start the pc i have to keep an eye on the temps and correct it to run at low 30s at idle. I am new to this sort of pc as i have only made up pentium 4 computers with air cooling so was relevantly simple. I think i have to make up rules in nvid control panel as when i switch off then on the same thing happens, it reverts back to 6%. If someone could point me in the right direction i would be eternally grateful. Thanks in advance. |

Why don't you try Dell's own forums instead?
