Dimension 3100 graphics card upgrade?

I want to upgrade my Dimension 3100 graphics card and I wonder if this is compatible with it
Nvidia® Geforce FX5200 256MB PCI Graphics Card > Maplin
and what is DDR here and DDR2 in Dimention 3100 will be there error and would it be compatible.

If you mean DDR on the graphics card then there's no problem with using it with your PC....the graphics card has its own memory (could be DDR1, DDR2, DDR3) and will work in any PC..... if you mean using DDR or DDR2 ram IN your PC then there's a BIG difference! - your PC is either DDR or DDR2 but not both. So check before adding more memory (use Crucial.com)
