![]() | Hi, Has anybody had trouble with the Dell outlet website? I tried to order a computer this morning and I took ten minutes max typing all the details and then when I clicked the button to buy it said I'd been typing for too long and that the computer had been removed from my basket. Every time a computer gets removed from my basket it takes hours, or something overnight to reappear on the system. I have even tried emptying cache, restarting the browser and restarting the computer. Also the 'contact' link on the page is broken so I cannot report the problem. Is this usual? Do I just need to keep at it and paste in all the fields so I get finished super-fast? Thanks, J |

![]() | I had the same issue - just tried buying a laptop tonight and not sure if someone else has now bought it or it is in the ethernet somewhere!!! Guess the site gets a lot of traffic and lots of people putting the same item in their basket one after another!! i think you can order over the phone if that helps? |

![]() | It's good to know it's not specific to my browser or anything then. I hoped to complete online to take advantage of various coupons. I will keep trying. I think It's some kind a weird challenge to keep us sharp. Good luck with your attempts too. J |

| Administrator | There are also problems with the Dell GB main website which been going on for over a week now. Dell are aware of the problems and until a fix is in place I think sometimes you just need to be patient while placing orders, just try waiting, refreshing your browser etc, you will get there eventually. |
