Cancelling an Order and Inspiron Discount Codes?

Hey,

Yesterday i bought an Inspiron 1525, wanting to cash in on the free shipping offer. I managed to haggle on the phone and got around £140 off. However, now if i spec the same model again today (with the new prices on their site) the base model is around £40 cheaper, before even phoning them up and haggling.

So, im wondering, can i cancel my order and order the laptop again with these new lower prices... hoping that i will be able to get the same £140 discount, off the new lower price?

Finally, it would be even better if as well as the new pricing, Dell released some discount codes today... any news on that happening? When should we know by?

It doesn't look like there will be any discount codes this week I am afraid.
