Dell VOSTRO 1500 Admin Password (Factory)

Hello Folks, I recently purchased this 1500 VOSTRO from Property Room .com and of course did not have an operating system on it.So i put my purchased Vista Home in and it will not load,so as usual i pulled up the boot sequence to change it so the dvd boots first,however it is asking for an administrator Pass word.I assume it is factory set.Could some tell me how to solve this problem?Thanks.

I am not sure how to reset the bios password but pressing f12 at startup should give you a boot menu where you will have the option to boot from cd/dvd.

Have you tried some obvious passwords like 'Dell', 'admin', 'password', blank(i.e no password)..etc?
