Default basic desktop

I had seen a dell on here a little while back that I was going to go for, but sudden need for money elsewhere as well as me quitting my job meant I couldn't afford it

I think I'd been looking at c530 (from memory, so probably wrong)
specs I Know, were
2GB ram
4400 Pentium duel core something
256MB graphics card
22" wide-screen monitor,

and when I subtracted the support n stuff came down to around £420-30 mark

ideally I can afford up to 400 at the moment, but it must be able for me to fit digital tuner cards at a later date (I plan to shrink my TV and stereo system down into just the computer, some good speakers and an amp)

in all honesty a laptop is probably better suited for me (with me liking to take photos and want to see them on a proper screen, and that I want to go travelling) especially as I plan to go to do another collage course, however I like the power and flexibility allowed with a desktop
